I decided to try TurboTax 2024 online this year. I thought I had used online last year, but now assume it was the PC version. In either case I have the Turbotax 2023 .tax2023 file and PDF as well stored in my Documents folder as I have for a number years before.
When I go to Turbotax 2024 online, it does not accept or recognize the PC file! I have had to manually put in all the personal information; worse, I cannot utilize any carry-over credits.
What can I do here so I can do my 2024 taxes?
