Why can I get real answers on my delayed tax return. No one has been able to give me answers. I never had this issue of having to verify my identity. I feel so lost.

Tax credits, I use this program every year. Why wouldn’t this long period wait time be advised prior to filing. I didn’t get an email until after my tax return was accepted by the IRS. No help with the notice sent from the irs. I get an email indicating my federal return was transferred to the 3rd party bank and the bank has no record of my return.
