I received this same error code when filing my SC return yesterday since I live in NC and work in SC ~3-5 days a week, pending on workload. I am also curious to know if I have to wait until March 14th to refile as well. I've worked at this company for 9 years and have never had this issue. Just commenting to let you know you're not alone.
