Does a dependent on a marketplace healthcare policy need to include it on their taxes?As the primary account holder for the insurance, I know I have to include it on mine

I am the primary account holder on the marketplace Insurance and the question is if my daughter who was in college in 2024 has to include it on her taxes as well. She started working summer 2024, so she's filing her own taxes this year.
