You're correct that the $2,818 showing as tax-exempt interest is your tax-exempt interest + exempt interest dividends - bond premium.
The reason that your tax-exempt OID from box 11 of form 1099-OID isn't included is because that amount is offset by the premium in box 6 of the 1099-OID. Since they're both the same amount after rounding, it washes.
