Many import issues have been solved by other users by disabling anti-virus programs (including modem). Here's How to Turn Off Anti-Virus Programs. Make sure you have 'third party access' in your Fidelity account settings.
If using TurboTax Online, be sure to close the program, and clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts. If you can download a PDF of your 1099's, you can make a one-line entry for the totals in the 1099-Int/Div sections. You can then attach a PDF of your 1099-B's to your return. Choose 'Enter in a different way' at the import screen, then choose 'Sales Section Totals' and you'll come to a screen where you can drag and drop in the PDF of 1099-B's.
