This is exactly the kind of "what if" reply I'm talking about. I didn't give you a reject code because there was no rejection. There was no "reject" email. This is a message that appears on screen after e-filing is complete.
All of the relevant facts, simple and short as they are, are in the post. My returns have already been accepted electronically. If you search the same question, you'll find many others asking the same question. It can only be one of two possibilities -- 1) there is some new law that started for this tax cycle.... or 2) it's an error in the TurboTax system. The people asking this question are saying the same things.... simple 1040 return with only W-2 income, no claimed losses, no itemized deductions.
