Info Wks Form Question - Drivers Lic and ID related

What are the IRS and/or state restrictions of filing a return WITHOUT a Drivers License or is this a TurboTax e-file issue?

My question is driven from the following scenario for my adult child's returns.

2023 Tax returns (4 Total) -  1 Fed, 1 Home State (Resident), 1 College State (Non-Resident and 1 New Work State (Non-Resident)  ; Drivers License from Home State and car being utilized is titled and insured in my name (i.e. NOT my child's name).  My child worked will out of state at college, graduated and accepted a job in a different out of state location and hence the reason for 2 non-resident returns.

2024 Tax returns (2 Total) - 1 Fed, 1 New Work State (now a Resident return)  ; Drivers License is still from Home State and car being utilized is titled and insured in my name (i.e. NOT my child's name).  I do not think I will have time to transfer the auto title into my child's name and them get a new driver's license before April 15th.

So what are the ramifications of the following situation(s) for 2024 taxes.

1. File Fed and new state resident return with DL from home state (i.e. have not converted to new state DL)

2. File Fed and new state resident return with some other form of ID (i.e. a US passport)

3. Choose the "Neither" option in TurboTax and File Fed and new state resident return with NO DL or other form of ID.
