I live in louisiana and install a fortified roof. The state allows for a 50% tax deduction up to $5,000. Where can i apply for that credit?

Under turbo tax, I selected tax & credits, LA non-refundable priority 3 credits, Code 221 Owner Accessible/barrier Free Home, is that correct? Also its says i need to attach Form R-1089, is that form in turbo tax? Thanks for clarification, keith
