Income reporting after relocation
Hi there!
I’ve relocated from us to Canada in Nov. Is my understanding correct that my US paychecks received after I've relocated are taxable to Canada, even though it was from my work in US? I also have treasury bill interests to report. If it is received after I moved to Canada, the proceeds should be taxable to Canada right? So I can prorate bank interest but report treasury bill interests according to where I am when it’s received in my account? Thank you!
