Why is Turbo Tax auto filling zeros in my 7203 form part II instead of allowing me to leave it blank? It is requiring that I pick if this is open account or formal note.

I don't have any shareholder debt basis. Turbo tax is requiring that this section is filled out and that I pick between formal note and open account. What is the correct thing to do if the answer to all items is zero?
