Get your taxes done using TurboTax

We have been beating our brains out over this installation for days. We fixed it. We left our Norton360 default configured with firewall up and program access configured to let turbo go thru it. Finally about to give up I recycled my DSL modem router. It would appear this cleared the DNS cache in it. We opened the program went straight to the login pages and the license config. Program works no problems. Anybody running cable modems or dsl should check this out. On your pc try this cmd line for the local pc

  • Open a command prompt as administrator: Select Start. Type cmd. Right-click Command Prompt. Select Run as Administrator.
  • In the command prompt, type ipconfig /flushdns (including the space before the "/" as shown)
  • OPTIONAL - Reboot your machine.
  • You're done! The DNS cache should now be cleared out.

Hope this works for Ya'll
