Thanks for the advice, I'll give it a try. Worst case is the IRS will want me to mail in the 1099-B, but if I don't need to do that, I will be much better off, especially considering the state of the US Post Office, and the way it's going. I'd rather not trust my tax stuff to Priority Mail.
