It's possible that you added some of the add-on services, such as Plus benefits or live expert help while completing your return. These add-on services are offered for an additional fee.
To review your fees:
1. Log in to your TurboTax account.
2. On the Tax Home page, click Review/Edit or Pick up where you left off next to any of the tax return topics to open your return.
3. Click Tax Tools on the left hand panel. It's toward the bottom, so you may have to scroll down.
4. Click Tools.
5. On the pop up window, click My Fees.
You'll see a list of fees. Any services that you haven't used and don't want can be removed during the filing process.
