Credit karma spend closed

Following the receipt of my tax refund advance, my Credit Karma Spend account was unexpectedly frozen and scheduled for closure. My research indicates this is a recurring issue affecting numerous customers. Reports suggest thousands experienced similar problems during the 2023 tax season, with some still awaiting resolution.

 

While I understand that immediate action may not be possible in my specific case, I am writing to request information regarding the steps TurboTax and SBTPG is taking to prevent this from reoccurring in future tax seasons. Maintaining a positive banking relationship is crucial for our financial well-being. I am a loyal TurboTax user and would like to continue utilizing their services, however, continued partnership with Credit Karma Spend is contingent on the assurance that these issues have been addressed and are unlikely to repeat. Your response regarding the preventative measures implemented would greatly influence my decision to continue using your services in the future.
