How to enter 2023 overpayment applied to 2024 taxes?

On 2024 Turbotax premier on-line, how can I enter the amount of tax overpayment in 2023 that applies to 2024 taxes. (the 2024 program explicitly says to NOT enter this amount on the Quarterly Payments screen)
