No, there's no portal for you to pay your repayment of your Advanced Premium Tax Credit. TurboTax calculates the repayment amount and it is calculated in your tax liability. Since you are receiving a refund, what you have to repay is deducted from your refund. You'll see the amount on your Form 8962 and Schedule 3, line 9 of your 1040.
