Go to My Info and enter it as one continuous number. No dashes, spaces or periods.
Log into TurboTax
- Select Personal Info>My Info from the top left side bar
- Select the down arrow next to your name
- Confirm you Social Security Number in the bottom left corner.
Where does it show invalid.
- Is it on the My Info Screen?
- Is it during Federal Review?
- Is it when you try to file your return?
