I have a cash liquidating distribution reported on my 1099-DIV (Box 9). There is no basis left in the stock and should be a capital gain but isn't showing in Schedule D.

After entering in Box 9, a Turbo Tax notification pops up saying "it will be handled later" but does not ask for basis inputs in the Schedule D.
