You can go to Federal Taxes tab or Personal tab, under Other Tax Situations and select Start by the Underpayment Penalties......
What are you talking about? My Turbo tax menus do not have any of these tabs...I have it on my computer ...it is not online...I have file, edit, view, etc. None of these have what you are talking about...So be detailed in your answer....Have the Premier Turbo Tax which was downloaded to my computer....NOT ONLINE.
