Rejected due to 5 digit Signature ID not matching IRS database. First year using Turbotax. I created one this year. Does my last year paid preparer already have one?

I entered my prior year AGI but was still rejected. Not certain if this is because there is already an ID being used by my paid preparer that I don't know
