Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If you're getting Error 590 when trying to import financial data, here's some tips reported by other users to resolve this:
- Turn off all anti-virus software (including modem)
- If using TurboTax Online, close the program, and clear your Cache and Cookies
- Make sure both Windows and TurboTax are updated (if using TurboTax Desktop) and run as Administrator
- Use the C drive to install/run/save TurboTax files
- Make sure your financial institution allows 'third party access'
