If I log in through mint to file my taxes on TurboTax every year, why isn't TurboTax recognizing me as an existing customer when I log in directly on my turbotax online account this year? I’ve always logged in through mint, but this year I can’t because Mint is gone and I can’t access that account anymore. Now I am logging into TurboTax online to file this years taxes, but they weren’t able to pull up any of my previous information or returns. How can I get TurboTax to link to my old Mint account so they can recognize me as an existing customer and I don’t have to start from scratch on my TurboTax online account?
