If you do not understand how MeF, XML, Validation Schemas and generally speaking, software development, (or in turbotax's case, does not work)... You probably should fabricate answers.
The form was released by the irs, at which time, MeF submissions which included data for any released form would validate against the XML schema. Invalid/fraudulent calculations would get kicked back later in the form of a non-acceptance or an audit.... FORMS ARE NOT SBUMITTED IN AN EFILE.... an XML is.
Essentially, turbotax, either chose to make customers wait, be it for reasons of caution, or corporate gain.... or their programmers could not parse the data into an xml structure that would validate against the IRS schema.. And I'm betting its a bit of both...
