1. Yes to delete. There aren't any known issues with the 8283. I hate to say delete, close the program, update, and maybe update again and again. Then try entering the information again.
If it still refuses to go to the right spot, you need to contact support.
2. The $59 food donation is part of your total donations which are over $500 so everything goes to the 8283. It should be in part A so that part is right. I do think you should delete it just to clear the whole 8283 form and have it deleted.
3. The next issue is your section B donation and receipt. They gave you a separate 8283 because you need a separate one for them. That is not a qualified appraisal so I am not sure what you have in your possession.
About Form 8283, Noncash Charitable Contributions states: Section B. Include in Section B only items (or groups of similar items) for which you claimed a deduction of more than $5,000. Do not include items reportable in Section A. Items reportable in Section B require a written qualified appraisal by a qualified appraiser. You must file a separate Form 8283, Section B, for each donee organization and each item of property (or group of similar items).
Putting it all together:
you need 2 forms 8283 - one for the food pantry and one for the stocks.
You need an equivalent of an appraisal by a qualified appraiser.
