When activating the 2024 desktop copy of TurboTax that I bought online, the user agreement mentioned that Intuit would end support for TurboTax on October 15, 2027. I assume it meant the 2024 version of the software, but that seems like it is at least one year too early, because one can file amended returns until three years after the original filing date, or even longer if you paid later. Is this date an error left over from the previous year's user agreement?
