I manually entered the 1099-K information from eBay. TT only asks for the gross amount of payment transactions shown in box 1 of that form.
The csv file that I downloaded from eBay became my worksheet for entering my personal item sales in the "Investment Income" section of TT. The csv file lists each item by sale date and includes all of the financial data for each sale (e.g., tax collected, shipping & handling, final value fees, refunds, etc.).
