Yes, you can use Form 1099-PATR in TurboTax Home & Business.

To enter you form 1099-PATR (as DoninGa mentions above) by using the search feature in TurboTax.

1. Click on the "Search" icon at the top right of your screen.
2. Type "1099-PATR" in the search box
3. Click on the link "Jump to 1099-PATR"
4. You will see a screen that says "Form 1099-PATR"
5. Follow the screens and answer the questions about your Form 1099-PATR

Your screens will look something like this:

Click on the search icon in the upper right of your screen, type "1099-PATR" in the search box and click on the link "Jump to 1099-PATR"
