Have you completed a disk cleanup? To preform a disk clean up follow these steps:
- open "File Explorer"
- right-click on the drive you want to clean, select "Properties"
- then click "Disk Cleanup" - this will launch the Disk Cleanup tool where you can choose which unnecessary files to delete, like temporary files and Recycle Bin items, to free up space on your hard drive
