W-4/est. tax: the field to enter "Fed Inc Tax Withheld" shows the same amount I entered for my yearly estimated Fed tax and is grayed out. How do I update this field?

The amount I entered in the estimated tax withholding field looks like it is being carried over to the Federal Income Tax Withheld field and is not allowing me to update it.
