The IRS website have the most accurate and up to date information. It gets updated once a day. If you have any inquiries regarding any refund delay, you should contact the IRS or your state Department of revenue directly.
Also, it is up to the bank's discretion on whether they will issue an early refund. (For this last part, you can contact your bank to see if there's any pending transaction that is on its way)
