I marked the reply that helped me to get my taxes filed.
A few more details about what I did. I deleted every from that mentioned Form 3800 in the file list. I think that was 4 or 5 files.
Then I was getting an error related to Form 8911 (Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit). I remembered that my house was not in an area that qualified for this credit so I deleted this form as well.
Then all my errors were cleared and I was able to file.
