In the federal section, go to Deductions & Credits, then:

Scroll to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid, then

Start/Update next to Other Income Taxes

Scroll to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2024

Start/Update next to Withholding not already entered

Answer Yes

On State withholdings, enter NY and the amount.
