If there are no amounts in Boxes 15-20, you can leave this blank when entering your W-2 in TurboTax. You can leave off the two-letter State Abbreviation in Box 15 also.
Since your address in the Personal Info section is Virginia, you will be prompted to prepare a Virginia return, and your income from the W-2 will flow automatically into the state return.
