If the CO liability is 304, the credit for that (taxes paid to another state) can't be more than 304.
This means the return using ifile is picking up (at least one) credit for 105.
Can you tell if the ifile return has a credit that is missing on the TurboTax return? Something OTHER THAN credit for taxes paid to another state.
