Hi Catina,

 

I've already called in and on the phone for over 30 mins - the agent was not aware of the issue and was reaching out for support. 

The response received was a non-answer:
"Known issue, already fixed, update your software and clear your cache".

My desktop Intuit Turbotax show "Latest Version Installed", so....????

It's an app, how do I clear its cache????

 

IT IS NOT "ALREADY FIXED"

 

This is not at all helpful, and cost me a lot of time.  

 

Please escalate for a priority bug fix - bait and switch, TT is in legal jeopardy for FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD CHARGES - should I contact my Credit card for refund???
