The response here doesn't make sense. My spouse is covered under ths same family plan as me, and she doesn't have any of her own HDHP from other employment. The notice that says - it looks like your spouses HDHP lapsed makes no sense at all.
Did you mean "answer None (even if she was COVERED under your Family plan)."???
