At this point, try to delete the 8995 form from your return.
To remove using Turbo Tax Online:
- go tax tools
- tools
- delete a form
- delete form 8995
if using Turbo Tax Desktop:
- open your return
- go to the forms mode in your return
- Find form 8995 and delete it.
