- If you have a W-2
- What is in Box 1 Wages ... ?
- Is there an amount in Boxes 3 and 5?
- Is Box 2 empty? It could be!
- Are boxes 4 & 6 empty? They should not be!
- Is there anything posted to boxes 15 - 20?
