Hi - as background, I always do my withdrawals from my sports betting book (BallyBet / BetRivers) to paypal and I just received a 1099k from PayPal in the amount of $300k. I actually ended up the year down about $30k in gambling losses however wanted to see if you guys had any recommendations on how to show that on my tax return? Neither Bally Bet or BetRivers shared any W2G for my account however I can see my transaction history for both and calculate my YTD lossess.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
