You could try logging out of the program and restarting it. Also try rebooting your computer

Try exiting and then restarting TurboTax. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your device. If you are using wi-fi, try using a hardwired connection.
You may also try using another browser.
Also, make sure that all updates have been run for your TurboTax program.
