Prior employer filed 2 identical W2s with IRS, duplicate filing error?

So i'm stuck on what to do - I only received 1 W2 from my job at a small pizza restaurant, and all the amounts are correct, etc. However when I logged into my IRS account to see what documents were submitted to keep track of my refund status, I noticed that the employer had submitted - or at least there are showing - 2 completely identical W2s listed in my account. My concern is the IRS will flag it because the wages would be more if they for whatever added them together & it would take my refund due to underpaying when I haven't. The 2nd W2 is not corrected, all numbers & codes in all the boxes are completely identical, it looks like a simple duplicate filing error. I contacted the pizza shop & the owner said he only filed the single W2, yet there are 2 copies showing in my online IRS account.

I don't have anything to amend because it's correct on my end, and showing the same on his.....will this cause my refund to be flagged/audited, and what should I do next since my refund is already in the processing stage and hasn't bounced or been rejected? And if it is rejected, how would I re-file if all the information is exactly the same - will someone at the IRS notice it's a duplicate copy on the employer side & automatically skip it, or not add it, noticing it's a true copy through no fault on my side?
