Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I had the same thing this morning. Was on the phone with support for over an hour!!!

He finally decided that CA wasn't ready to accept e-files and said to try again Friday.

In the meantime, Turbotax CLOSED my case number even though nothing was resolved, so I am furious. And according to CA, they were accepting e-files beginning of the month. 

 

So very mishandled and I feel that all users with this should be compensated for our wasted time (and not getting our refunds in a timely fashion) by at the least not having to pay for State e-file if and when they fix this and giving us a compimentary turbotax for 2025 (assuming we still want to use them).

 

VERY, very unhappy with the level of support and still no result. I'm not the only one in CA filing with Turbotax (been with them over ten years), so they should know about this and get back to us all!
