A. Probably not. You have to do the math.
If you expect line 18, of your 2025 form 1040, to be less than $1000, then you can wait.
TurboTax (TT) can do estimates and prepare the quarterly payment vouchers. In your 2024 software, enter at:
Federal Taxes or Personal (H&B version)

-Other Tax Forms
-Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes - Click the Start or Update button
On the next screen answer No to the W-4 question
