This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I can't tell you not how many hours I've spent trying to import my documents. It makes no sense that they're not available to import when they're available via PDF and on the website. Then, even after waiting until February 14th when they were claimed to have been available for import, the import fails.. and repeatedly 😪ðŸ˜
