Your HSA Contribution is tied to your HDHP, so in the HSA section under Deductions & Credits, be sure to indicate what type of plan you had. TurboTax automatically fills in the amount of your HSA Contributions from your W-2 entry, so you just need to finish the HDHP portion and finish the section. Otherwise, TurboTax thinks you had an Excess HSA Contribution, as you've encountered.
The amount you contributed is correct for a Self-Only HDHP Plan.
