Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Some financial institutions require that you enable 'third party access' in your Account Settings in order to import.
Although you've tried different computers and different browsers, be sure that all anti-virus programs are disabled temporarily (even modem).
Make sure both Windows and TurboTax are updated.
If you're using TurboTax Online, be sure to clear your Cache and Cookies between attempts.
Since we can't see your return in this forum, nor your particular computer configuration, it's difficult to offer advice other than what has worked for other users.
If you Contact TurboTax Support, they can access your computer for more help.
