Get your taxes done using TurboTax
Some brokers require that you enable 'third party access' in your broker account in order to import. Have you reached out to your broker if you receive an 'import not available' error? Other users also report that the usual Sign In to their broker account needs to be a Document ID instead.
Other things to try:
- Make sure both TurboTax and Windows are updated
- Disable all anti-virus software (including modem)

In TurboTax Online, you can attach a PDF copy of your 1099-B to your return. Select Sales Section Totals, and Continue.
