Box 14 on Form W2 is used by employers to report anything that doesn't go anywhere else on the form. If none of the categories match your entry, select Other (not classified). If that is what you are doing and it is not working, you should try deleting your W2 and then re-enter the information.
Here are the steps to delete your Form W2:
- Open your return.
- Go to Tax Home
- Select Tax Tools in the left menu
- Click on Tools
- A pop-up will come out called Tool Center
- Select Delete a form
- Select Delete next to the Form W2 that you want to delete
