Get your taxes done using TurboTax

Search for investment sales and use the Jump to link to be taken back to your Investments Summary screen.    Find the transaction you wish to edit and use the Edit/Review button or pencil icon to edit the transaction.    

You will click through the screens until you come to the Sales Info page where you can change the type of investment.   It may be easier to delete the erroneous transaction and to re-enter it correctly.
